ST-JFWA Smart PD Monitoring Gateway

Overview: When partial discharge occurs, voltage and current pulse signals propagate along the inner surface of the metal enclosure of the test object. When encountering openings, joints, and other gaps, they exit the device and propagate along the outer surface of the metal enclosure to the ground. The instantaneous voltage value varies from a few millivolts to a few volts and exists for a very short time. After the discharge pulses are detected by an external capacitive probe, they undergo a series of amplification, filtering, and other processing before entering the acquisition unit for processing. Finally, the test software analyzes and processes the discharge signal. The ST-JFWA intelligent partial discharge monitoring host (gateway) is a gateway device for partial discharge monitoring systems, responsible for collecting data from various partial discharge sensors and uploading it to the central monitoring platform. With multiple communication interfaces, it supports connection with multiple types of partial discharge sensors, and through the gateway function, it realizes data aggregation, protocol conversion and remote transmission, providing important support for centralized monitoring of partial discharge in switchgear.
